ABOUT THE ARTIST

Ishwin Anand

My work is a continual exploration of the human form, identity and transformation. Through figure, color, and texture, I seek to express the emotions that shape our inner worlds.

I have worked in oil, charcoal, pen & ink, mixed media and acrylic, each medium offering a different language for the stories I want to tell.

My travels and close observation of diverse cultures and ways of life have deeply influenced my art. They have taught me that beneath our differences, the human spirit is universal.
